Payment for goods is by secure card payment. We can accept Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard and MaestroSolo cards.
Card Payments are subject to terms and conditions of HSBC.
You can feel confident that your information is secure. Your credit card details are encrypted using the latest 128bit security encryption before being sent to our server.
We promise not to share your details with any other party.
Transactional Data is stored outside of the European Union.
Availability
We only take orders for products that are in stock, this includes individual sizes.
We aim to keep our online stock levels up to date but if for any reason we are unable to ship an item you have ordered, we will contact you by email with further details or to arrange a full refund.
It doesn’t usually take us long to restock so check back soon for out of stock items. Alternatively, contact us by email for an estimated date.
Delivery
Free delivery is currently offered on all UK orders.
Delivery is by Royal Mail and should take 3-5 days.
Postage to selected European countries is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order.
Postage to the USA is charged at a flat rate of £9.00 per order.
For your security we will only deliver to the card billing address.
As part of the shipping process, an e-mail will be sent to you when your purchase is dispatched.
Returns Policy
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
You are liable for the postage costs for returning or exchanging unwanted items but if an item is returned faulty we will refund reasonable postage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend that you use recorded delivery.
We will only accept goods back in their original condition.

Please make sure you enclose a copy of your invoice, plus a note telling us why you would like a refund or replacement.

Missing Items
Very occasionally parcels may become lost in the post.
If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to ring us and we will attempt to track and trace your order.
Please note that items returned to us are the Sender’s responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses.
In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery.
